Swiss excursions will include: CERN, Theatres, Museums, Swiss Castles, Art & Music Festivals, United Nations, Red Cross, Geneva, Bern, Lausanne and Montreux.
Switzerland, being located in the centre of Europe, gives FEYDEY pupils the chance to go on several different European trips depending on their year, club, or programme.
Cultural trips nearby include: Montreuex, Vevey, Lausanne, Bern, Zurich, Munich, Milan, amongst many others.

At FEYDEY we are fortunate to have on our doorstep access to the Leysin Ski resort piste and Snow Park. With over 100km of piste, alongside designated Slalom and Giant Slalom training piste, our pupils have direct access to world class facilities throughout the Ski season. In addition to the extensive network of piste, our pupils are able to hone their free-style skills in the world renown Freestyle Snow Park which can be directly accessed via the tele-cabine which is located only 10-minute walk from our school’s font door.

Furthermore, they actively participate in sports, engaging in skiing activities 3-4 times a week, and frequently enjoying outdoor pursuits, promoting a healthy and active lifestyle.

Questions & answers (FAQ)
The distinctive feature of the Winter term program in Switzerland is that students do not miss any of their academic subjects and, instead, engage in mini-classes with teachers and instructors aligned with the curriculum of their home school. More detailed information regarding schedules can be accessed here.
Immersion in a language-rich environment and daily interaction with native-speaking educators will enable the child to rapidly and effectively enhance their knowledge and communication skills in the English language. Additionally, supplementary English language sessions will be provided. To ensure the pupils's confidency, teachers from Kazakhstan, the Baltic countries, and Russian-speaking consulers will also be available.
FEYDEY International School will provide you with an official confirmation of your child's enrolment letter for the Winter Term program in Switzerland. This document will suffice to obtain permission from your school for your child to study in Switzerland for 12 weeks.
Upon completion of the education in Switzerland, the student will receive the following documents for submission to their home school for re-enrollment:
- Current grades for the Winter Term in Switzerland
- Final grades for the term in Switzerland
- Reference and recommendation letter from the academic team
- FEYDEY International certificate
During their stay in Switzerland, the student may also be required to take mandatory tests and assessments from their home school and work on them in the presence of the Winter Semester academic team (tests and assessments can be submitted to the home school by DHL for further evaluation).
Upon completion of the education in Switzerland, the student will receive the following documents for submission to their home school for re-enrollment:
- Current grades for the Winter Term in Switzerland
- Final grades for the term in Switzerland

- FEYDEY International certificate
